Saving USD 0.5 MN/Yr. • Optimization of compressed air and nitrogen network of Bongaigaon refinery complex and shutting down of excess compressor.PROCESS ENGINEER• BONGAIGAON REFINERY • OCT’10 – APR’14• Design and implementation of routing of hydrogen rich Catalytic Reformer Unit off gas to Diesel hydrotreaing Unit. Saving of USD 1.1 MN/Yr• Revival of LPG recovery section and capacity augmentation using reformate as adsorbent by in-house simulation and engineering. LPG recovery increased by 150%.• Created linear regression model for prediction of reformate RON using feed and reactor parameters.
