Recruiting IT Professionals (Contract & Contract to hire & permanent positions)- Source resumes through an established and passive candidate database.- Alternative candidate sourcing avenues using Career Builder, Monster, and other mainstream job board sites.- Source resumes with Oracle DBA, SAP, Project Management, Business Analyst,Java Developers and .Net Developers experience.- Interview candidates to assess their skills and desired work environment within the derivatives, and the fixed income groups.- Coordinate offer generation and new hire orientation.• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, and comfort with cold calling with direct client and implementation.• Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering with a sense of urgency and service• Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision• Track sourcing, funnel, and conversion efforts to be able to articulate a story on search efforts and market response• Engage passively looking candidates explain the employee value proposition of Comcast and the individual appeal to prospect• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management anticipating business preferences and future openings• Recommend ideas and strategies related to sourcing & recruiting such as implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes that fit our mission to deliver the markets top talent
