The customer satisfaction also rating increasing by 34% over a 4 month period.* Customised CRM SystemDeveloped CRM Systems for a Financial Advisory firm that was customised to suit the business tracking of Staff and Client interaction, document management, and management reporting.The solution resulted in a 34% reduction in workload, This increased the efficiency of correspondence flows to clients. This solution also allowed remote workers to access the CRM / Document Management System remotely, through Ipad, Iphone and standard windows computers.This resulted in the auditing process being substantially reduced and client tracking and processing being reduced from 14 minutes to 2 minutes per client.
