Worked as Supplier Quality and Development SQD and handling Electrical and Electronics commodities like exteriors lighting I.e. head lamp and Tail lamp ,High Voltage & LV wiring harness, Airbag ECU, eVacuum pump, Low tone & High tone horn,Electric Body Control Module, Instrument Cluster, Electronic battery Sensor, Telematics Box and Braking Pressure Sensor as well as supporting the initial development of BIW body parts and welding fixture development and supporting parts development at Supplier for the events Verification of Software and Hardware at Simulator at supplier end to certify the build parts for the vehicle testing and validation.Hands knowledge for handling PLM Tools and Doc info and share points for updating and providing the APQP docs rating in PLM tool

Technical sound and very good understanding of lighting commodities in context of product understanding from the design , Process , assembly ,tooling as well as from the quality front Heading NPD Quality & additional looking after inprocess and customer quality i.e. Molding , Metalizing and Assembly lines of head lamp, tail lamps and small lamps etc and single point of contact for customers like General Motors India , Colombia ,Honda Cars and Maruti Suzuki and supporting the team for the root cause analysis for the internal as well as customer issue Visited South America General Motors Plant for handling customer complaints and save company hard money around $ 45256 to provide the quick actions Give inputs to the design team during DFM analysis Review of drawing and give feedback to the design team PDCA and dimensional Analysis of aesthetic parts as well child parts and give feedback to the team as per the T0, T1 , T2 , T3 level parts from the tooling supplier and till OTOP process parts and take follow from the team till the problem will get resolve and freezing of drawing.Do the product assembly and identify the probable failure related to the product to the Design team , PE team as well tooling team which can come during assembly at build level as well as vehicle level.Visiting customer for attending the customer complaint during development phase as well till SOP as per the customer specific criteria.Verification of drawing to identify SC and CC characteristics dimensions (as well as MQS points for the Honda ) review which can later on effect the customer for the fitment and functionally and drawing notes review etc.Daily tracking of all inprocess rejection Heading the daily fast tracking board for the internal as well as customer and warranty claims Daily review meeting with down the line teams Daily monitoring of firewall rejection and tracking of actions for the appearance , fitment and functional issue reported at firewall.
