Civil engineering graduate with 9+ year of professional experience in execution of structure works like major bridges (251 mtr length, cast-in-situ PSC Box Girder type of bridge), minor bridges, 3.8km long elevated corridor in the state of GOVT. of Delhi & 8.9km long 8-Lane elevated corridor including some of trumpet interchanges & loops (Dwarka Expressway PKG-2, Asia’s longest 8-lane elevated section of Delhi-Mumbai Expressway). My professional experience includes working in National Highway, CPWD. I am responsible for construction of bridges and various activities associated with it. I have experience in construction of open foundation, pile foundation and various tests carried out in pile (for working pile as well as for test pile), pile cap, pier shaft, abutment, pier cap, portal beam, assembling and launching of steel box-tub girder. I have also experience in PSC girder casting & stressingas well as in RCC girder & launching of the same. I have also experience in cast-in-situ Box girder casting & stressing of same. I am well versed in site supervision, checking of layout, checking of reinforcement, shuttering, quality checking of concrete at the time of pouring, preparation of bar- bending schedule, material & machinery management plan and its utilization during the execution of structure. Responsibility:➢ Studying the drawing and execution as per approved drawing and details.➢ Preparing BBS, quantity survey, preparing sub-contractors measurement/bills.➢ Handel workmen and contractors and maintaining good relation with them.➢ Implementing & ensuring all the safety practice in order to protect man, machinery and all other employed and deployed asset at site.➢ Coordinate with client and take approval by them prior to shuttering and concrete for each part of structure.➢ Assisting construction manager/project manager in all project related issues.➢ Reviewing work method statement and suggesting better practice for better productivity of labour/equipment.Note : Major experience in execution of 1200mm dia. piling (3000+ No’s of Bored cast-in-situ pile)/Elevated corridor/Flyover/major bridge & minor bridges/RCC & PSC girder casting/Stressing/Girder launching/Box Girder casting/Stressing.
