Attendance Management - Work on Savior Time Management Software 2.0 &Master Payroll 16.0 (MMC Soft System) all employees (Over 300 Employees). Provide payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, overtimehours, work schedules, Pay Slips, time management and other deductions to payrollemployee wise in specified format for processing payroll. Solve Employee’s grievance related to attendance, leave, salary, over time etc. Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF & ESIrelated documents. Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation. Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires,terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, full & final and days off. Verifying bills of Courier, Speed Post, Yarn etc. Entry & upload of invoices on customer web portal. Generate E-Way bills. GST Return – Make GSTR1 sheet for monthly returns and reconciles GSTR2A &GSTR2B data with Tally. Coordinate with parties when GST return not submitted. Create & Print carton labels, Barcodes through Bar Tender software. Keep updated records of office, Housekeeping & Pantry expenses. Arrange all equipment of Housekeeping & Pantry. Keep record & issue of all types of stationery. Book travel tickets & Hotels when required. Handle Security, Housekeeping & Pantry Staff.
