• Responsible for allocating tasks to team members, training new team members and keeping track of project activities for future Jeep Grand Cherokee program.• Working with suppliers and global counterpart from NAFTA for getting on time requirements for future Jeep Grand Cherokee program.

• Requirement analysis for Automotive Ethernet and CANFD.• Find wiring and system issues on VHIL POC next generation electrical architecture with hardware prototypes of ECUs having CANFD, AUTOSAR Network management, level 5 Cybersecurity, level 2+ autonomy, smart lighting solution etc.• HIL system testing of CANFD Electronic Controller Units on VHIL POC setup commissioned on SCALEXIO vehicle simulator.• HIL system testing of Heavy Duty RAM truck on Body and Chassis benches and Vehicle simulator.

• HIL (Hardware in Loop) system validation on Body and Chassis System Benches and Vehicle Simulator mainly in areas of Diagnostics, SelfHealing, Instrument Cluster HMI validation, EOL testing and functional validation for vehicle ECUs.• PROXI Strings and Vehicle Build Permutations testing for India, Japan, Australia and UK markets for Jeep Compass vehicles on dSPACE Vehicle Simulator.• Validation of interior, exterior lighting and Power doors functionality on dSPACE Vehicle Simulator for Jeep Compass vehicles.• Create new Test Script for functional, EOL, Diagnostics and SelfHealing Testing and also worke on Script maturation for the existing scripts.• Responsible for resolving plant end of line issues on Jeep Compass vehicles.• Assist in the development & maintenance of in-house tools such as Vehicle Configuration, PROXI, CAN Stress etc.• Execute the task of integrating the DTCM systems into the existing Vehicle Simulator HIL setup for extended vehicle level verification & validation.

• Undertake training on AutomationDesk and develop a POC project on fog lights.• Training on design and development of vehicle wiring and electrical connections.• Test framework development on vector VT system using CAPL and Panel Designer vector tools.• Development of Adaptive Front Lighting system prototype on Electrical Engineer (EE) Day.
