Having 9+ years of Experience in IT Technical Support L1 and L2.At present working in Fourth Dimension Technologies private.Ltd as a IT Technical Support engineer from February 2019 to still.My Roles and Responsibilities are as follow,• Responsibility of My Work fully belongs to SLA (Priority based Timeline) with ITIL process such Incident mgmt., Change Mgmt.• Responsible to handle daily technical support activities on desktop, network and server management.• Provide direction and mentoring on a daily basis for all Remote Support Engineers and develop and manage training plans for new engineers• Installing and troubleshooting the issues associated with operating systems, hardware & software applications and system management tools.• Setup and Troubleshooting computer, Printer and other computer peripherals.• Performing driver updating, installing patches and antivirus updating.• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure also take care of network connectivity issues.• Ensure timely and effective resolution of all customer incidents and requests.• Familiar with Video conference solutions especially Zoom and Teams.• Able to perform meeting room video conference equipment setup and troubleshooting.• Performing backup schedule and restoration to avoid redundancy.• Coordinating with Hardware Vendor for technical or replacement support.• Documenting, implementing of daily, weekly and monthly activities such as Software Licenses and Surrender Report, Link status, Asset Report, KRA• Domain controllers, office 365 management• Installation and Upgrading of windows operation systems
