Talent Hunter | Leadership Hiring | Salesforce Talent Scout | Hands on Niche Skill Recruiting.Responsibilities: • Providing Staffing services to IT clients in US. • Responsible for gathering requirements from the client and closing them successfully. • Involved in complete recruitment process (sourcing, short listing, HR screening/interview, interview arrangements, salary negotiations, offer initiation, post-offer follow ups.) • Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. • Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and requirement. • Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment. • Negotiates salaries with candidates and successfully convince them to join. • Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for placements. • Responsible for recruiting IT professional across the US through internet job portals, direct phone sourcing, vendors and referrals. • Sourcing & screening the profiles for different requirements in a day. • Hands on experience in W2, Corp-Corp work format in US. • Activities included but not limited to developing and building channel / vendor relations, understanding existing and pending client needs and closing requisitions • Possess knowledge of basic computer package like Ms Office 2003, 2007. • Operating system Windows XP & 2007. • Internet based application

• Understanding and analyzing the requirements in different skill set categories.• Specialization in requirement handling like Java, .Net, SFDC, UI, QA, Devops and AS400 etc.,• Worked on Job portals like Monster, Dice, Carrier Builder and Ceipal.• Create detailed job descriptions based on the clients’ requirement• Source, Screen and submit candidates by mapping skill sets and the relevant project experience.• Extensively worked on requirements like IT applications, engineering, infrastructure, support, business, network and security.• Strong web searching skills and unique use of information available on the web for screening candidates.• Negotiate hourly rate and salaries with employers and consultants.• Formatting the resumes of the candidates in professional way before submitting to account manager.• Worked directly with hiring managers to effectively identify recruiting needs• Coordinating with account manager for interview schedules for respective consultants.• Follow up with candidates after the phone/Skype/web-ex/in-person interview and gather the interview feedback and checking their availability/interest if they get an offer from the client. Review and understand technical job requirements (Both IT and Non IT) from the clients based in all over the US locations• Convinced the candidates on the respective offers, terms and conditions of the firm.• Experience in working with various visas like Green Card, GC EAD, TN Visa, H1B, EAD and US citizen.• Experience in working with various US Tax terms like W2, C2C, 1099 and Full time.• Posting jobs on the job portals like Dice.com, LinkedIn etc.• Used Big Hotlist, Smart Recruiters, ReKruitEasy, and LinkedIn, Indeed apart from the conventional Job boards.
