I always believe in team work, so as for as my perception all the members of the team should gain knowledge and will make them learn to take responsibility, In short period management gave an opportunity to take up branch management keeping positive note on myself. It helped me to motivate myself and fulfill management trust on me. In past 6 years with the support of management our branch has achieved all targets and business portfolios assigned for us. Its my wish to make my team get elevated to their next level and make others also to grow in short span which will give confidence for them both personally and professionally. It's always better to have smiling face on customer point of view because they are the one who gives business to us so it's better to accept them as our boss instead. So I would like to be a customer centric person. I am open minded to all, I know sometimes it will pull back ourselves but most often it helped me to reach high altitudes.
