Working with design and development team in ELGI Rubber Company, Preparing detailed manufacturing drawings for various Tyre retreading machineries. Like Tyre Buffing machine, Building machine, Electrical chamber, Inspection machine, Sidewall cleaning machine and Tyre retreading special purpose process machines and equipment’s like Skiving station, Extruder.

 This Project included creating machined components and Sheet metal part drawings, Assembly drawings, welding details, Tolerance details, GD&T, Bill of materials and addressing their issues in Solidworks in larger Assemblies and Plant layout design in tyre Retreading machinery manufacturing. Sheet metal cabinet design, panel box design and manufacturing.
