Responsibilities:• Ensure effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes • Monitor and control resources, revenue, costs against the project budget and margin, and manage expectations of all project stakeholders.• Coordinate and manage solution staging and delivery activities, milestones and issues. • Assign responsibilities and report progress and issues to all project stakeholders. • Prepare and present reports for upper management regarding status of project. • Perform a variety of overlapping and interdependent concurrent tasks. • Coordinate with internal resources (Build and Development) and third parties/vendors for execution of projects • Document project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members • Report on the detailed project plan to monitor progress • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques • Report and escalate to management as needed • Assist with managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Issue weekly progress reports specific to new server builds and migrations• Issue monthly finance reports and request for invoice generation

IT Infrastructure Project Management• Contribute to and manage various aspects of multiple (usually 2-3) major infrastructure projects concurrently through the full project lifecycle.• Understand the fundamental solution being deployed - its business value, blueprint, overall architecture, risks and issues, etc • Identify needed members for project team in discussion with Resource / Support Manager.• Craft project plans and track progress on tasks against agreed upon milestones.• Monitor and handle all project metrics in order to prioritize multiple business critical issues, while ensuring prompt delivery of updates to key stakeholders.• Perform with subject matter experts all through organization to gather entire business needs required to attain project goals.• Conduct change throughout project inclusive of schedule, scope and team membership.• Collaborate effectively with associates across entire business units along with management levels.• Proactively manage risks by identifying them early and by escalating them effectively or by developing mitigation plans.• Monitor and report on the progress of project milestones and deliverables.• Manage all Change Requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts from Technical Leads, obtain customer commitment, and communicate approved changes to all Stakeholders• Mentor and track performance of project team members• Introduce new processes while also improving existing ones.• Manage contracts with Principals / Vendors and track performance of identified sub-contractors.• Participate in UAT/SAT, SNAG List, KT and Handover Sessions• Facilitated project closure - Vendor Contract Closures, Sub-Contractor Invoice Authorisation and lessons learned
