Perform filing, retrieval, and scanning, routing, delivery, and file maintenance.➢ Preparation and maintain document list indicating the status of submission, receipt, and approval➢ Maintain a complete record of document identifications, issue dates, distribution, etc.➢ Responsible for assuring that the document and subsequent changes thereto are distributed to each affected department➢ Submission of As-Built drawings in paper, transparency, microfilm and Electronic to the Client.➢ Compiling and binding the ITRB, PPRB FPRB & Vendor Book’s as per Company PMC requirements➢ Attending Clint Meeting regarding the final handover of Documents➢ Keeping good tracking and logging in catalogues according to the facilities. Updating the American and British Standards. Familiar with KNPC’S advanced documentation➢ Preliminary Project Record Book (PPRB) & Final Project Record Book (FPRB) Index, softcopy and hardcopy preparation and submit to Company➢ Controlled copy for as built received from Company and distribute to All discipline Field engineers and updated drawings re-submit to Company➢ Receiving incoming vendor data book Insulation and Operating Manuals (IOM), Production Data Book (PDB), Mechanical Catalogue (MC), Inspection and Test Record Book (ITRB) etc..
