• Responsible in providing assistance to L3 support team in monitoring, troubleshooting and administration of the backup infrastructure.
• Adding Clients to the Backup Schedule.
• Deploying upgrades for the backup infrastructure with prior testing on test environments.
• Performing capacity planning for the existing backup infrastructure to understand the additional requirements in terms of tapes, disk spaces, licences etc.
