Completed the sourcing and contract award for the FEED scope of the 48" Qarmat Ali Source Water. Pipeline project with planning for EPC phase.

Managed contracts for Block 18 and 31 (BP Angola Ops) - URFs (Umbilicals, Risers and Flexibles), In LineInspection & Integrity Management (Pigging, Annulus testing), EPMS and Subsea Engineering Services.End to end sourcing exercise including Market Sector Strategy and development, tendering, evaluation, commercial negotiation, risk mitigation, contract drafting, execution and category management.

Managing the Procurement function for the group across UK, USA, India ( 4 x E Commerce-Businesses and for 2 x B2B Businesses).

Building the spend management and sourcing processes. Establishing the global supplier base, contracts and 3PL business models. Hiring and developing the procurement and supply team.
