Trade Settlement and Reconciliations.• Post-settlement activities and Reconciliation to US clients. • We as Transfer Agency responsible for conducting transfer agency operations activities on behalf of assigned clients• Fund audit fulfillment, gain and loss reporting, settlement, commissions, invoicing and financial payments. • Handled - client onboarding, mergers, conversions, de-conversation, fund activation & fund name change• Performing quality checks on the reconciliations.• Ageing breaks has to be researched and allocation details are extracted from respective teams.• Return check and Automated clearing house (ACH) return has been processed. If there are any return.• Validation and confirmation of trades with various stake holder such as NSCC, Broker Dealer, and Operations team.• Preparation of financial statements and reports for MIS purpose.• Preparation of MIS reports and circulating the same to AMCs, Sub-custody and Fund accounting team.• Reconciliation is carried out between Sub-custody and AMC for rectification of cash breaks• Possess excellent interpersonal, Communication and organizational skills with efficient problem-solving abilities, multi-tasking and strong work ethics and ability to handle various clients.• Ensure achievement of key performance drivers like Deadliness, Quality & Accuracy. Perform administrative duties like maintaining records and preparing reports for higher management.• Prepare, review and maintain operational procedures & checklist for all new transitions and update existing SOP.• Tracking workflow on BAU complaints as well as breached complaints & ensuring 100% TAT without zero escalations.
