• Sourcing relevant candidates through Networking, Referrals, and Job portals such as Naukri, Monster.• Understanding the job requirement from the manager.• Short-listing candidates based on the requirement, by checking for details like Education, Present job, Experience, Skill sets etc.• Preparing necessary trackers.• Scheduling the interview by coordinating with the short-listed candidates and the Panels regarding the date and the time of the interview to be held.• Follow up with the selected candidates.• Taking Care of Joining formalities of the Employees.• Issuing the Offer Letter and explain the salary details.• Employee Relationship.
