Involved in end- to- end Recruitment Process..Screening and short-listing of CVs for the required job profile.• Sourcing profiles according to the client's requirement through various available channels. • Initial screening of CVs for the required job profile.• Scheduling Interviews with the Technical Panel & HR Interview for the shortlisted candidates. • Co-ordinate with the Clients and cater to all their manpower Requirements.• Source potential candidates through direct contact, referrals, networking. • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and Clients.• Maintaining candidate database for further requirements. • Mentoring.• Handlingfull recruitment lifecycle(Candidate mapping,sourcing to coordinating interviews to offer rollouts and onboarding).• Detailed analysis of JD to understand client's requirements.• Sourcing profile from various recruiting hannels like:- Company database, JobPortals, EmployeeReferrals.• Screening theCandidate based upon the Educational qualification, Technical skills, Communication skill and experience.• Extensive experience in identifying suitable candidates for permanent positions based on project requirement fromclients.• Periodic meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss the details about the requirements.• Screening and shortlisting the profilesand SchedulingF2F/Telephonic interviews• Followup on the shortlisted candidatesto closure• Followingup with the candidates on joining date and convincing them if they have any issue ssuch as Compensation, relocation, onsitetravel etc.• Conducting HR discussion with the selected candidates for the specific skill and team. Assistingin releasing the offer letter and negotiating on compensation and notice period of the candidate.• Handle various requirements simultaneously• Preparing various reportson daily,weeklyand monthly basisrelated with recruitment and performance.• Coordinating weekend Drive
