Site Surveying Design, Installation, Configuration, Operation & maintenance, testing, commissioning of security Surveillance Systems (CCTV), Access Control (ACS), Time attendance, Public Addressing System (PA system), Wi-Fi Access Points, Voice & Data Networking (LAN) and Structured cable.Attending site meeting with clients, Site surveying, Estimation, Materials take off, Procurement, Mobilization.Updating the firmware and video management system (VMS), Fair knowledge about Storage and server, Failover Server. Perform system check inline on the existing VMS (services status, database backup, review logs, automated tasks)Fair knowledge of fiber optics & components, splicing, OTDR.Performs preventive (PPM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on all security systems.Submit the Drawings of each branch and site for approval and inspection for MOI-SSD, generating PCMR report and compliance reportsPreparing Weekly & Monthly reports and AMC reports, troubleshooting reports, Project Completion reports and highlighting the Problems affecting the Progress on site.Dealing with different Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, as well as the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.Production of high-quality commissioning and handover documentation, as fit drawings and training as per customer satisfactions.Perform a site security assessment to identify risks and vulnerabilities and develop mitigations and countermeasures.

Design & Engineering of CCTV/ANPR/ACS/VIDEO INTERCOM/Structured cabling based on the drawings & technical specifications.Attend site surveys to obtain design space details, Review Requests for Proposal (RFP) and generate Requests for Information (RFI) to address design deficiencies in RFPCreate installation drawing package to include floorplan layout, rack elevations, mounting elevations, and wiring diagrams.Design, Drafting & Submitting Drawings, DSA & As- Built of each site for approval and inspection for MOI-SSD, generating PEME report and compliance reports.Coordinating with MOI authorities for integration of AFR, ANPR & CCTV systems with NCCProactively communicate with the team on Pre-Sales, Cost & Estimation, Manpower for proposed site.Understand the SLD, shop drawings, datasheets. Etc.,Experience of liaising with Authorities, Clients, Consultants for obtaining the approval and NOCs.Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.Report on issues that might affect the work progress as per the preset schedule, and when needed review schedules and priorities for optimization of time and resources

Coordinating the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems Lead, manage and coordinate closely with main contractors, consultants, clients and sub-contractors to implement in accordance with regulations Direct, supervise and control qualified sub-contractors /internal project team members to ensure work is executed to approved drawings/specifications and take appropriate corrective actions Reviewing and producing operation and maintenance documentation Dealing with different Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs. Responsible for the IT, Telecom, ELV, Electronic Security and Fire Alarm systems design contents as assigned together with its follow-up for Authorities and Client's approval. Generate and review method statements for installation and commissioning of various infrastructure systems

Analyzing existing systems and operations and developing preventative maintenance strategies. Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Monitoring processes, workers, and methods, and developing plans for increased efficiency. Conducting required research and developing best practices. Coordinating with other Engineers and crew members to ensure quality products are completed on schedule.
