 Bank reconciliation and report making (Daily journal entries). Maintaining daily and monthly expense control and report making (Handling vouchers/invoices). Monthly sales closing, AR, AP handling and report making. Inward/Outward material and Inventory stock checking/verification. Payment follow-up/collection from corporate customers through proper coordination over the phone and emails. Accounts/Admin related documentation/Filing work. Managing accounts and operation junior employees and checking their day to day work processes. Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation. Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

 Preparation and oversight of the operational budget. Interpretation of data and analytics and report generation. Development of strategies and procedures that increase efficiency and maximize profits. Oversight of day-to-day operations. Creation of sales or production goals, often in cooperation with other executives and the chief executive officer. Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems. Supervision of managers and operational staff members.

 Production coordination: Plan and manage production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of customer orders. Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements. . Interface with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel, etc. on material status and production planning issues. Attendance and Payroll: Attendance of the staff and salary calculations, disbursal of salaries into their bank accounts.  Security: To ensure overall security arrangement, movement of men and material within the Company’s premises. Coordinate Meetings/Visits / Annual Activities. Budgeting/ Cost Control/ AMCs (New/Renewal). Telecommunication & Photocopy Maintenance and Payments to vendors
