Performing site visits to view and understand obstacles and risks. Studying all relevant tender requirements, contract conditions, specifications and other relevant requirements. Maintaining a master data base of rates with detailed man-hours and productivity rates Responsible for monitoring overall cost control and preparation of invoices and negotiation of the prices with owner representatives to ensure that project invoices are settled with acceptable profit margins Maintaining database of cost analysis, estimations, suppliers and sub-contractors Spearheading the project from conception to completion stage for ship repair activities such as fabrication, piping & Mechanical jobs Coordinating with the customer on regular basis in order to ensure successful completion of project as per the approved budget and agreed timeline Leading the team and achieving results by orienting, training, motivating, monitoring, communicating values, strategies, objectives, job expectations, coordinating and enforcing systems and procedures Facilitating the preparation of inspection documentations, work completion reports and as-built drawingsSignificant Accomplishments: Under my leadership Bagged Best HSE Performance- Subcontractor Award for the year 2014. Achieved 90% on-time delivery for the projects in 2018 & 72% order conversion ratio in 2018.
