CurrentHaving client Interaction on a regular basis for hard to fill requirements, understanding the need of the hiring team, check if there is any room for rate exception, detailed discussion with them regarding market challenges. Qualifying requirements open,understanding of requirements as per HM's need. Having meetings with the point of contact in US/Client and setting daily expectation and discuss urgent requirement needs.Sourcing candidates from CareerBuilder, Indeed,Taleo, company’s own portal/ ATS and Linked-in (premium).Extensive experience with Social Media recruitment, Google X-ray search, Boolean search,Facebook Intelligence Search.Screening resumes according to specific requirements/positions. Reaching out/Cold Calling candidates and checking their work situation & availability along with years of relevant experience.Sending online assessment test to candidates to check their proficiencies & updating their scores on company’s own portal/ATS. Performing phone screening of candidates and creating submission package before face to face interview. Submitting candidates to requirements/positions and VMS tool.Coordinating with candidates/Clients before and after interviews, scheduling interviews, sending calendar requests, constant follow up with them, timely interaction with the Hiring leaders and getting routine updates.Facilitating and training new joiners to learn the process and mentor them before they start working as an individual contributor.Filtering on excel, creating reports.Continuous placement process of all candidates within the Talent pool and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidate.Also maintain excellent rapport with passively looking candidates, timely updating them about the market and getting referrals from them
