• As a Project Manager, I am responsible for managing Projects that are of PMI level and also accountable for managing the overall project delivery. Manage work of the entire Project Team. In the leveraged model, I am working closely with onshore Project Managers, Directors and other Teams to ensure quality delivery to the clients. I maintain the RAID document for the Team and the Client.• I understand the contract of Client and Company responsibility for the implementation deliverables.• I am part of preparing the Statement of Work (SOW) and follow up with internal team / client until sign off. • Responsible for the Costing / budget of the project.• Responsible for Project initiation / Project Schedule / On site schedule / Gap analysis. • I am responsible for the Scope design and scope management – Phase wise• Follow up with Release Manager for Build the artifacts for the client. • Follow up with QA team for testing for quality delivery. • I am responsible for the Sign off process with QA team. • I Work with client for server allocation, planning of data center, Design and Network road map and architecture. • I perform the Project Financial forecasting and invoicing.• I ensure that the PM deliverables are created, reviewed and maintained on a regular basis• Secure required resources as per the schedule, roles, responsibilities and outlines. The same is then tracked and billed.• Report weekly project status to the management as well as to the client.
