ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Wood coat solvent based system- sealers, Top coats for Interior & Exterior • Wood coat Water based system- Interior & Exterior applications• Developed entire system for epoxy flooring. • Polyurethane Flooring Development: PU primer, PU flooring equal to M/s.BASF Ucrete.• High performance Corrosion resistance coatings like Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer, Coal Tar Epoxy primer developed equivalent to M/s. Nerolac Paints.• Developed wood applied Epoxy sealant curing with Polyurethane system• Epoxy putty system- Regular & light weight Epoxy putty development• Established out sourcing production, implement cost effective primers, topcoats and batch follow up.• Raw materials analysis & prepare testing report.• Color tinting & match based on the customer sample.• Continuous product development as per customer requirements
