Key Responsibilities. Complete EPC package handling for BESS related System Design and development of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Review and focusing Govt. and Pvt BESS Tenders for all segments Preparing the BESS Solution for tenders  Conceptualize new designs and Prepare Engineering Design drawings. Review drawing/specifications and communicate requirements to vendors/ Customers.  Understand and update all product Schematics and Other design documentation. Knowledgeable and proficient in all Design Calculation Performing FMEA analysis on Power and control designs and support to PLCM. Work on continuous improvements in all areas related to standards, products, and drawings. Realizing Bill of Material, Schematics, and all kind of Design Documents Designing products considering project requirements (performances, manufacturability, serviceability, testability, etc) Design of foot print for battery/PCS container and arriving the civil cost and land size  Selection of inverter duty transformer according to size and requirement  Selection of HT/LT Switchgear for block wise Component Selection, Qualification and Validation. Product Validation, Qualification, Type test and Performance measure support. Product certification requirement for BESS, Converter etc.

Key Responsibilities.Understanding from customer/client on the different parameters for design & sizing of the batteries Applications of battery storage related to electrical grid, to industrial operations and to C&I,Microgirds Understanding on battery characteristics of with different chemistry (LFP,MNC/LTO etc) Selecting of Suitable Cell for making the Module/pack Rack sizing based module w.r.t Voltage and Energy Selcting Power conversion unit based on rack level DC Volatge BMS configaration selction EMS configaration selection Battery sizing calculation by considering DOD, efficiency, BOP etc for instllated energy and deliverable energy capacity. Selection of suitable PCS w.r.t to battery output voltage for cost optimization Design for balance of plant system  Battery Degradation allowable energy sizing Co-ordination with Civil team for on time completion of site activity Testing and commissioning of BESS Project (completed as on now two projects) involved pre-order/post order EMS/PCS configuration and Programming Develop tests, standardized test procedures, and perform product testing, including involvement during evaluations of prototype systems (Two systems completed for Lead acid and Li-on ESS) End to End Solution for BESS (from Tender to FAT) Lead Acid BESS sizing and selection of battery
