CurrentIn this role, I conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to gather and clarify software requirements, ensuring alignment with product specifications. I flash and deploy new software builds to test devices, including Echo Dot, Echo Show, and Fire TV, to validate functionality and performance. Based on these requirements, I develop detailed test plans and test cases to thoroughly assess the software across various scenarios. During testing, I identify, log, and categorize bugs and failures, raising defect tickets in the defect tracking system with clear descriptions, steps to reproduce, and expected vs. actual outcomes. I actively track and manage these defect tickets, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and re-testing of fixes to verify that issues are properly addressed without introducing new ones.
