Client: SainsburysAbout Project: Tu Clothing is an online application which sells the Clothing for Sainsburys brand ‘Tu’. The online application allows Customers to place orders with different Delivery Modes. The back-end solution is provided by the Hybris Systems. The back-end Application includes a Management Console, Administration Console, Content Management System, Product Cockpit, CS Cockpit (for Customer Care). There is a separate In-Store app provided for the Depot/Store Managers/Staffs to handle the Shipments, Click & Collect Orders and Returns. The Tu Clothing service is extended through Argos via Tu-Argos portal, providing the facility to Customers in placing Clothing Orders with Click & Collect or Home Delivery mode. KAFKA is used as the integration layer for Message Transferring between Argos Back End (Sterling) and Sainsburys Back End (Hybris).Responsibilities:• In Sprint Testing for Webfront and Back End Systems• Conducting Regression for every Release (BiWeekly/Adhoc) for Webfront and Back End Systems.• Supporting Production Deployment and Smoke Testing.• Participating in the Agile Ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Demo and Retrospection• Automation Scripting using Robot Framework (Selenium)• Code Deployments in the Test Environments using Jenkins and GitHub• Stubbing on KAFKA

About Project: This is drive for the Retail ISU in helping for the Agile Transformation for the Accounts. RAPG (Retail Agile Practice Group) which has been driving the Agile Transformation for Retail Unit had four major initiatives, namely, People Initiative, Process Initiative, Software Engineering Initiative and Infrastructure Initiative.I was handling this drive on the People Initiative.The People Initiative is driven for the People to help and guide them on the Agile Transformation. The intention of this drive is to help the associates in understanding on how the Agile World works. Since the people play a major role in delivering the projects, it was necessary to transform them from the Traditional model to the Agile model. Client: Visa Europe, UKAbout Project: CLO – Card Linked Offers (TMS – Targeted Marketing System)The program started with a Pilot Launch in UK with CITI bank. This program was a major development in the Visa’s Targeted Marketing Solutions (TMS) proposition: a partnership with a company called EDO Interactive that enables Visa to launch digital Card Linked Offers (also known as ‘CLO’) in Europe. Using Offers by Visa, cardholders of CITI Visa debit cards can enjoy personalized and tailored cashback offers, based on their shopping preferences and spending habits, from a range of great retailers such as Waitrose, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Ralph Lauren and more. Following a pilot at the end of 2015, Visa planned to launch the CLO proposition at scale in 2015, with the UK being the first market. However due to certain restrictions, the full launch was shifted to Polish Market.
