• Supervising quality, accuracy and timeliness of all parts to ensuring that all commitments are met through production of high quality material and achieve customer delivery expectations• Supporting Production Team to meet annual targets • Preparing the inspection reports for in process and final stages• Active participation in the Overall process improvement program Initiated by the organization.• Work towards continuous improvements & Kaizens in detection mechanism, reduction of inspection lead time, • Reducing the customer complaints by supplying the defect free parts to customer• Ensure review of all the Process and IQA activities with respect to process documents and customer specifications• Responsible for delivering quality products to meet delivery schedule adherence and to achieve revenue target.• Participate in sun rise meeting and escalate issues to the management and to get it solve• Participate in the relentless root cause analysis to avoid repetitiveness of the problems• Reporting nonconformance parts to material review board • Responsible for ensuring the reworks according customer rework procedures.• Responsible for minimizing the in process reworks and scrap by training operatives to customer requirements• Reviewing all route card up to date and preserve it period of consumer agreement. • Preparing and releasing the COC’s for dispatching parts
