Sr Engineering Manager
CurrentAs Sr Engineering Manager I was responsible for preforming combined Role of Technical Product Owner/Scrum Master/Delivery Manager for 4 Agile Teams part of 2 different Product Family. My Responsibilities include reviewing and sanitizing all Initiatives to arrive at the scope/impact of the changes and prioritize the work in the Product area. Conduct Ideation and Solutioning Sessions with Architects, Tech Anchors to layout a feature backlog and design for prioritized Initiatives. Identify dependencies, issues, risk’s and ensure the same is communicated Technology/Functional Leadership, Partner team and engage everyone to mitigate them. Collaborate closely with Partners, PO's, Architects, RTE's, SRE's, Stakeholders and Peer teams to ensure successful delivery of Features.Build out PI plan for each quarter and perform readouts on the plan and raise associated risk/dependencies and work with dependent product teams and POC’s to mitigate them. Constantly monitor all DevSecOps activities & initiatives to ensure tech debt stories are created, prioritized, and dedicated effort is allocated to address them.Ensure at least 3 Sprint of back log are planned and prioritized.Ensure Features and Stories are updated daily and all deliverable, issues are noted and tracked to closure.Help and guide the Team and Business PO in slicing and prioritizing of the Stories.Monitor and follow up on communication channels and escalate in case of any blockers and issues.Own Release Management procedures for all Team deliverables.Own and Host all Team level Agile cadences.Schedule and Maintain Rota plan for Production support duties.Participate and Orchestrate Production issue call when team members are involved in on-call support duties.Provide updates and status to Leadership team on weekly, months and quarterly basis.Perform necessary people management activities and ensure compliance in Leave plans, Timesheets, Training activities for all 4 Agile teams.
