I was involved in setting a road map for the growth of the center. Devised strategies to surpass short-term goals in order to achieve the long term stabilization of the center operating at an efficient cost SLA set by the management. I partnered with HR team to achieve high number of quality recruits to meet business requirement and to address shrinkage effectively in a short span of time. Transitioned businesses from US office, implemented lean Six Sigma processes, reviewed the process efficiency periodically as well as employees' performance aligning with optimal resource utlization.Some of my achievements were,• Started the business as a first employee and grown to 315 FTE in production along with 10 support staffs within a year of commencement with tremendous support from Corporate HR and other departments.• Achieved cost efficiency of 8% YoY from the target for three years via implementing business process improvements, lean six sigma, employee efficiency metrics.• Delivery time improved by 15% after implementing VSM methodology by removing non-value adds within 6 months.• Received Appreciation Letter dated July 4th, 2017, from VP-HR for my contribution to the company’s success objectives.• Achieved resource utilization of 90% with best FTE productivity at 8% higher than industry average, delivered at 98.5% accuracy within a year by implementing continuous improvement strategies.• Implemented Six Sigma process in one of the prestigious clients (VoC), achieved the goal of 99% accuracy continuously for 6 months.
