Cad Tools Used : Auto Cad 2007 , Catia V5 R19Roles and Responsibility:Two dimensional conceptual sketches from the beginning of the design process to finalize the product.Knowledge in part, surface, sheet metal & assembly modeling, designing and detailing skills.Prepare and evaluate parameter list for machining process for evolving design based on GD&T.IGES to Solid, IGES to Surface Development.- using sheet metal Assy. Model to DMU Development.DCN, DRN&ECN with their practical application, Design & Engineering BOM Creation. With wind-chill PLM platformKnowledge in bench marking process & reverse engineering.Practical experience in data management packages like wind chills.Maintain the document FMEA & DFMEA concepts in industries.Maintain the documents and drawings as per the ISO standards.Develop Customer Drawing & Prototype model & Finalizing RFQ'sR&D Product Development:Managing the overall operation for the improvement in the existing products based on market trends and requirements. Setting up the manufacturing facilities/assembly lines for the production along with the testing facilities and procedures. Co-ordinate the entire product development including requirement analysis finalizing specifications designing, prototype development and testing activities.; Development & design of Automobile Filters (Air Intake Systems) Like Plastic body, Intake Hose, Manifold Design etc. Based on customer requirement. All the data's been Interfered with Catia v5 Tool & the Product development been process by Part Development, surface analysis, Space Calculation finally assembly model and Pro mechanism analysis were done using DMU Kinematic. Complete Air Intake system modeling, Mesh analysis been verified & Pro model been finalized.
