Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership: • Oversee daily operations and provide leadership to branch staff. • Recruit, train, and develop employees, setting performance goals and ensuring adherence to bank policies. • Conduct regular staff meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations. 2. Customer Service: • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and handling customer issues. • Build strong relationships with clients, handle escalated service requests, and act as a primary contact for high-value customers. 3. Sales and Business Development: • Drive sales goals by promoting the bank’s products and services (loans, credit lines, investment accounts, etc.). • Work to increase customer acquisition and retention through community outreach, networking, and partnerships. • Analyze local market trends to identify business opportunities. 4. Risk Management and Compliance: • Ensure branch compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and security procedures. • Conduct audits and ensure the branch meets all legal and regulatory standards. • Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the branch’s assets. 5. Financial Performance: • Manage branch budgets, monitor expenses, and strive to achieve profitability goals. • Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics to inform strategies.
