Currently, I am the Lead India + Asia Pacific Countries for Genuine Motorcycle Accessories Business at Royal Enfield, where I am responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the accessories business in the region.In the past three years, I have demonstrated a 5X growth in the accessories business, from 100 Cr to 500 Cr, by applying business intelligence, data analytics, cross-functional team management, and process improvement. I have also architected the technical support, product concern, and service engineering verticals from ground zero, and redesigned the network expansion, appointment, and execution process for 250+ stores.
