And report it to the management team twice a week.➢ Overseeing the team to ensure that all HR letters (Transfer, Revision, Employment, NOC's, Relieving, and Experience) are completed on time for each resource.➢ Collecting payroll inputs, updating them with the approval of reporting managers, and running payroll each month.➢ During the pay run process, pull the pay sheet from the HRMS and validate it to ensure that the correct person is paid according to his/her pay structure and attendance pay days of the month.➢ Working with the finance team to ensure a successful 100% payout.➢ Creating the HR analytics and HR dashboard.➢ Collaborate closely with the finance team to release the From-16 for the respective employees.➢ Complete the F&F (Full and Final Settlement) for each resource within 45 days of their exit from the system.
