 Planned and prepared Look ahead program (LAP) for the specific period of times for strategy development and operations management. Managing project timing, engineering statements of work, drawing releases, supplier agreement documentation, status, milestones, issue resolution andescalations.PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEERING: Effective member in DFMEA and CFT management for part quality improvement and cost reduction. Experience in APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R and DVP  Interaction with domestic and global suppliers for part development.(Segefi, Robert Bosch, BorgWarner, Continental, Federal Mogul and other Tier 1 suppliers). Developing new and innovative powertrains (concept, layout and detailing) that meets power, emissions, durability, and performance Leading design / development and release of engine peripherals & sub systemsfor both gasoline and diesel engines. Knowledge in 5C components, Air intake, Exhaust system and other periphery parts. Interaction with ARAI, AVL and Horiba association for Engine validation approval. Perform design and release of Air Intake System components that meet Quality, Cost, Weight, Functional (QCWF), vibration, stress/life, thermal, manufacturability, tolerancing and assembly requirements. Design optimization to meet life cycle, failure investigations and test capability assessment of engine. Expert in Benchmarking with competitors’ products to enhance commonality & capital re-use of processes.
