With over 22 years of experience in software product development, I have a strong background in computer engineering, J2EE application development, and agile methodologies.In my current role, I manage the offshore team of developers and engineers, ensuring high-quality and user-friendly solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders. I am also responsible for the technical architecture and design of platform enhancements, as well as team building, training, and setting up best feasible software engineering processes.
