As a Quality Control / Assurance Manager / Food Safety Team Leader at Mittulaul Lalah & Sons, I oversee the quality assurance and quality control department of a leading exporter and manufacturer of spices and condiments in India. I have more than 12 years of work experience in the food industry, where I have developed a passion and dedication for ensuring the highest quality standards and compliance for a variety of food products.I have extensive knowledge and expertise in ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HALAL, KOSHER, APEDA, USFDA, EIC, and other certifications and regulations, which I apply to update and renew the technical requirements and documentation for the company. I also provide product export support and coordination with various authorities and agencies, as well as conduct regular audits and trainings to ensure compliance and performance. I have successfully implemented and improved the quality system and quality auditing skills across the organization and have contributed to enhancing the customer satisfaction and reputation of the company. My mission is to ensure food safety and quality standards for the company and its customers, while also pursuing continuous improvement and innovation in the field.
