I am a Project Leader R&D at Deutsche Institute für Textil- und Faserforschung Denkendorf (DITF), where I lead and manage the development and implementation of novel composite materials and processes for various applications and industries. With a PhD in Composite Processing and over 13 years of R&D experience, I have a strong background and passion for advancing the state-of-the-art in this field.My core competencies include product and process innovation, 3D printing, CAD, new business development, and technology transfer. I have successfully delivered multiple public-funded and industrial projects, ranging from TRL3 to TRL7, with project budgets exceeding 400,000 EUR annually. I have also supported SMEs and OEMs in industrializing developed products and technologies, and mentored over 15 students in their thesis work. I have published several papers and patents in the field of composite materials and contributed to the scientific and industrial community. My mission is to drive real-world applications and solutions through my extensive experience and leadership in both academia and industry.
