I am a Manager of Client services for our High Profile Commercial Properties located in the Downtown Toronto Financial District, Entertainment District, Midtown, and North York. I am also responsible for planning and executing contract take over and starting up security services for new clientele. My experiences and expertise began a decade ago working as a tactical security guard for 2 prominent major security firms in the Greater Toronto Area. I was once a Manager of Locating (Recruitment) for Paragon Security's corporate services. I began my journey with Paragon Security as a guard. I then excelled my way up through the ranks to the established position I'm in currently. I have built partnerships and relationships with the interest of seeking and creating career developing strategies for field guards to succeed for the soul purpose of contract security. I have utilized my skills to assist with fully staffing and continuing to assist with staff development for many of our high profile corporate accounts. I also utilize my field training days to coach and mentor Paragon's site leadership to be successful in executing job tasks and assignments.
