• Study of drawings and estimation data, identification of customer specific requirements, identification of various processes required for realization of components & sub-assemblies. • Developing project plans in MS Project inclusive of scope, schedule, budget, resources ,and risk management for engineering projects • Ensuring project kick off with team members & follow-up meetings are held for all projects• Ensuring identification of tools, fixtures and gauges as per project requirements• Prepare and send RFQ to various supplier, follow-up & receive quotations on time• On time Comparative analysis ,Price negotiation and release PO after confirmation from Plant manager• Ensure supplier meets Quality requirements• Ensure supplier meets Delivery requirements• Ensure supplier is 100% compliant with documentation requirements• Conduct Supplier Audit and maintaining vendor database• Responsible for supplier development & Identify new supplier with expected performance rating• Conduct and lead meetings with the Project Team and supplier to clarify technical (and commercial) requirements and milestones.• Good knowledge of Engg drawings and standards, Raw materials, Machining, Sheet metal Fabrication, Welding, Heat Treatment , Surface Treatments, NDT, &Inspection• Supplier assessment, training and development• Strategically drive cost reduction across suppliers and procurement• Develop and getting approved the CAPEX budget from the relevant stakeholders.• 5S and Kaizen- Implement & sustain

• Support to achieve daily/ monthly production targets• Support to new part development• Preparing operation sketches, process sheets & route cards for new parts
