A strong believer in the effectiveness of teamwork towards organizational performance and committed to adding value to clients.I have 18+ years of experience working for different companies in various capacities including Test Engineer, Product Owner, Mentor, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Lead agile coach, Director, and Leadership coach. Since 2011, I have been working (Coaching/Training/Mentoring/Facilitating) with teams in software development in R&D, product-based and service-based organizations. Have worked at different levels (Team, Hive, sub-domain, and Business unit), which are distributed in multiple countries.
