During my time as a design engineer i have worked on various topics such as chassis design, swingarm design (roll, pitch, yaw stiffness, transmission tensioning methods, suspension monoshock mounting), basic suspension design (selection of damping constant and spring constant, quarter car model, half car model, effect of rake, trail, wheelbase, CG, etc). I have also worked extensively on prototyping of two wheelers and its components (vehicle integration)(such as development of proto chassis including design of both sheet metal and solid fixtures using 3, 2,1 principles of DOF). I have experience working with various manufacturing processes such as milling, turning, forging, casting (HPDC), plastic moulding, stamping, laser and water-jet cutting, EDM, grinding, etc.
