CurrentCollaborate with business analysts and developers to understand project requirements and design test cases accordingly.Examining the UI design aligns with the specified requirements.Developing comprehensive test cases and scenarios based on UI design and requirements to cover all aspects of the software.Executing detailed test cases on desktop and mobile applications to ensure software/application meets functional and non-functional requirements.Analyzing test results and reporting issues to the development team.Working closely with the development team to report, track, and resolve bugs, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Retesting fixed issues as needed.Experienced in troubleshooting issues and providing appropriate solutions. Conduct regression testing after code changes to confirm the stability of the software and ensure new fixes do not introduce additional issues.Experienced in using Azure DevOps for test case creation, execution, bug reporting, and tracking.Assisting business analysts and developers in resolving functionality-related bugs through close collaboration.Conducting beta testing if customers request changes after the release.Preparing daily/weekly progress reports about the project activities/ Bug reports during regression or new user stories testing.Updating daily activities in Excel/Asana and logging working hours using Clockify.Reporting daily activities during morning standup meetings.Supporting the team in creating User manuals and UAT Sign-Off sheets.Document and report all aspects of testing, providing clear insights to the design team.Collaborate with clients to understand product requirements and ensure testing alignment.Participate in design reviews, offering input on requirements, design, and potential issues.
