Joined as a member of the outbound sales team at Pickyourtrail in the early stages of revival, post Covid-19.My tasks included:1. Reaching out to inbound leads generated from various sources and assisting people with intent to travel Maldives. We focused primarily on the Indian market travelling abroad and secondarily on the Middle-Eastern market travelling to Maldives. 2. Learning the internal processes post-sale and empathize with the Customer Happiness team to ensure a smooth vacation for customers right from the first point of contact till they reach home soil. 3. Developing my knowledge base on the luxury island destination of Maldives - as it was the first and only country open for tourism at the time. 4. Liaising with the lead generation team to spot customer trends across the Indian and Middle-Eastern markets to produce efficient marketing campaigns further resulting in better quality leads.5. Post the second lockdown in India, a couple of European countries started opening up. This opened up an opportunity to widen my destination knowledge.6. Understanding how our product works. The customization product of Pickyourtrail is beautiful and has to be carefully utilized in order to create an itinerary which is logistically possible.Achievements:1. Received the "Hustler of the Quarter" award for exceptional performance in Q3 '21. This catapulted me to achieve a 42% half yearly growth

Worked in the marketing wing of the company. Actively participated in dialogue with various restaurants in Chennai city to bring them on board for a new E-commerce product which was to be launched in early 2018. The main target group of this product was going to be people who ventured out to eat - youngsters. Also, conducted an Under-21 football tournament as a marketing event to let youngsters know about the brand, which would eventually help during the launch of the product-in-works.
