Client/Project: Societe Generale | Duration : From Dec 2011 – Nov 2014This project is for one of the global multi-asset brokerage firm and is an ongoing project to reporting, resource planning, Costing, Budgeting, Audit, Leave management. Identify the automation opportunities and automate them to reduce the TAT.• Development of tool for• Headcount report, resource planning, tracking the movements of resources.• Reconciling the replacement of vacant positions with new resources. Cross Regional Replacements.• Development and reporting of Audit Report and Multidimensional Dashboard (using VBA & Data Visualization in MS Excel)• Developed and maintained MS Access Database to consolidate and append 3 data Tables (Recharges, Audit & Headcount) from multiple sources, which serves as a repository for most of the reports.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Client/Project: BMO | Duration : From February2011 – May 2011This project is for one of the Big five banks of Canada. The bank was migrating data from multiple systems from different regions to single centralized system; for which data has to consolidate and analysed. which required high complex data parsing skills.• Developed the tool in excel for data cleansing, parsing and consolidating from multiple trader systems using VBA Macro.• This project was one of the most complex projects. The data received from multiple trader systems were inconsistent, had multiple records in each fields and unstandard and inconsistent delimiters.• Auto Creation of unique ID for each record set to remove duplication and reference the data.• Avoiding duplication while appending the data from multiple data systems.• It was huge data set, running upto few hundred thousand record sets.• Storing the data in MS Access for better security and retreiveability.

 Gathering Data from all Asian countries in Excel format, MS Access, MS SQL, SharePoint, Hyperion and other banking applications. Validating the received data and following up with the sender for any corrections or updates. Reporting on revenue, profitability and performances on following basis: Business division such as Corporate and Institutional baking, Financial Institutions and Public sector Banking. Business Segment like, Telecoms & media, Agriculture, SME, etc., LOB – Consumer Finance, Loan Syndication, Advisory services, Mergers and acquisition services. Regional Relationship manager performances. Operational Performances. Pipeline Deals, percentages and their trends. Preparing Presentation about overall performance with comments. Interacting with varied teams for data requirements, who manage different bank systems.
