I have been an all-rounder throughout my Life. Similar way my career has been bloomed in different fields.I started my career as R&D assistant in a food Industry. Soon I worked hard & promoted to R&D and Quality officer in the same organization. Explored into inventing new variants of breakfast cereals, spices, Instant & Ready mixes.Like Emma Smith, great poet said “Life is like a River…” My life also flown into different direction from Birth place Bangalore to city of Rich history & Vibrant Culture-Kolkata.I worked for Orion Edutech, started with low grade job as a back-office coordinator. My passion of learning things & excelling in same turned out very well & I was promoted as Regional Quality Head-Karnataka in DDU-GKY project of National Skill Development Corporation & in Content-Grill Team.I was enjoying in working as a Quality Head.• Conducting Centre Due Diligence, Batch wise Inspection of Training Centre, Handling the Inspections of NIRD/SRLM & reporting the same. • Conducting Master Training Session & Motivational Classes to both Trainers & Students.• Selection of right candidature. Counselling students as well Guardians of DDU-GKY. • Preparing Syllabus, Schedule of Various Training Courses, Content for various Training Programs & E-Books.I was very proud about my career & the way I was performing with my sincerity & true to my Nation.I was strong, I was proud, to add on I was blessed to become a “Mother”.Being a “Mother” is learning about “Strengths”. I discovered my strengths, which I did not know & dealing with the weakness to make perfect.Over a period of time along with motherhood, I wanted to focus on career as well.I successfully completed NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination.I am certified Life Insurance, Health Insurance & General Insurance advisor. Gained knowledge on basics of stocks market, Mutual Fund, Insurance and financial and investment related products & services.I then Co-Founded EquiDet Infolio Wealth Pvt. Ltd. in where I am managing Quality, Customer Services and Operational part of our company. My main responsibilities include smooth Onboarding of customers, KYC, Compliance and Complaint management which in turns help our customer to experiences best in class services with us which we believe is most important part of financial industry.
