Responsible for timely accounting and processing of Accounts Payable (AP) & Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE). Interfacing of Oracle Projects, Accounts Payable and Oracle Assets; Reconciliation of various modules with GL within agreed KPI timeframe; Preparation and review of AP & PPE Schedules & other reports in accordance with IFRS and computation of Tax Depreciation; Timely reporting for Property Insurance;Computation of What-if Analysis and to provide information as per Fixed Asset Register to various user department / Useful Life committee for their further analysis / decision such as Impairment testing, Business Plan etc.;Support many activities viz., physical verification of fixed assets with Networks Asset Management, review of draft contract of Procurement and Contracts/Sourcing and interacted trouble shoot and supports the various User department challenges.Liaison with Internal and External Auditors for conduction of quarterly and annual auditEnsure that the Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets Section complies with Company's policies, processes, practices and systems.Key Achievements:Recovered US$ 3 Millions in Accounts Paables SectionManaged US$1000 Millions of Network Assets Accounting and Reporting on timeImplementated successfully new processes viz., VAT, Netowork Asset Management tools, Automation of Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets etc.,

The Project is secondment engagement to assist Omantel Group (Oman’s largest telecommunications Company) to produce the year-end Financial Statement based on Oracle e-business suite. To ensure that data is appropriately captured, processed and reported in Oracle e-business suite implementation.
