Key Responsibilities: -----------------------------◘ Handle complete Supply Chain Quality issues such as Packaging, Claim Management for all the current models on daily basis.◘ Manage a team of 2 members to monitor the supplies quality and escalate non-conformances through timely closure. ◘ Ensure effective claims management framework to facilitate quick replacement of defective parts.◘ Track, monitor and analyze overall supply chain spend across various areas, and initiate cost reduction program.◘ Carry out complete packaging study before launch of new model and ensure smooth supply flow.◘ Participate in special activities such as float stock management and production controls on daily basis.◘ Monitor and report the KPIs such as DpU, A/f lead time, Scrap, rework across all supplier base and for plant to the management via MIS reporting.◘ Perform claim rejection analysis for each case and thus ensure adherence to proper process at both ends.◘ Prepare and report Supply Chain transparency and performance meeting in Plant covering production planning, Parts quality status, Production status, till vehicle dispatch. ◘ Represent Plant in all weekly supplier service quality meetings and ensure proper issue escalation on time.

Key Responsibilities: -----------------------------◘ Handle complete vehicle testing by various methodologies to ensure supreme quality in each and every car produced.◘ Manage a team of 12 members and responsible for the line to ensure smooth production without line stoppage. ◘ Additionally responsibile for people management and co-ordination within the team.◘ Ensure first time right product delivery through stringent quality controls, and thus bring down delivery time.◘ Provide innovative suggestions to value added production system (VPS), improving the efficiency and productivity with less people procedure changes.
