Current• Utilized Honeywell's Uniformance Asset Sentinel to develop and analyze First principle models and data-driven computational models for rotating and static equipment. • Created a robust shell and tube heat exchanger simultaneous model in UniSim EO, equivalent in performance to End-point/Steady state models in UniSim Design. • Enhanced Combustor and Ultimate analyzer models in UAS, ensuring compatibility with Furnace, Gas Turbine, and Boiler models. • Demonstrated proficiency in data extraction, reconciliation, discrepancy reporting, DCT preparation, custom model creation, configuration, and KPI validation using UniSim Design for UAS. Conducted pre-FAT activities in alignment with industry codes and standards.• Yokogawa's Jafurah OTS project handling Gas Processing - flare & utility models: P&ID Markup, data extraction & validation, Configuration, data entry, tuning, model startup, steady state capture, MAT testing & punch fixing, Emulation logic configuration, FOP Graphics, IO Extraction, Marshalling, Loop testing, integration, DCS startup, IV configuration, malfunction config & testing, FAT testing activities & punch fixing. Additionally, trained in Honeywell UniSim Design OTS.
