Based on my personal and cultural history, believe it is essential that each individual receives the attention he or she deserves. The start-up feeling accompanied me here throughout my journey at nexpera. My start in Frankfurt in 2016 was followed by the opening of the Düsseldorf office in 2018 with a colleague who has since become one of my closest confidants. In 2021, after 11 years at home and abroad, seven relocations and my life in three major cities, the opening of the Münster office followed - an absolute heart project in my hometown. I consider myself very lucky to have a great team behind me in Münster. Each and every one of them has had a very positive influence on my own personal development. In this respect, I see myself less as a manager and more as a mentor and supporter who encourages each individual to realize his or her full potential.
